摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱 ,在RP C1 8柱上以乙酸 甲醇 乙腈 磷酸 水为多元流动相 ,等度洗脱 ,在 30min内对地钱的黄酮提取物进行分离与测定 ,检测波长 35 0nm ,流速 0 .60mL/min ,采用校准曲线法对实际样品中的芹菜素、槲皮素和木犀草素进行定量分析。结果表明 :平均加标回收率 96.79%~ 1 0 1 .1 3% ,相对标准偏差 0 .66%~ 1 .5 2 %。
A method for the separation and determination of Marchantia Polymorpha flavonoid extract by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) was proposed. The components can be separated through a C_(18) analytical column with acetic acid-methanol-acetonitrile-phosphoric acid-water as mobile phase in 30 min. Meletin, cyanidenon and versulin were quantitated by calibration curve method at detection wavelength of 350 nm. The result shows that the average recovery is 96.79%~101.13%, RSD is 0.66%~1.5%.
