摘要
目的 建立蒲公英花中总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法 利用比色法 ,以芦丁为对照品测定太原地区蒲公英花中总黄酮含量。结果 本方法在 5～ 5 0 μg/ml范围内呈现良好的线性关系 ,回归方程为 :Y =0 .0 84A - 0 .0 0 2 0 ,r =0 .9996 ,总黄酮平均回收率为 10 0 .0 2 %。太原地区蒲公英花中总黄酮含量为 0 .889%。结论 比色法简便、快速、准确、灵敏 。
Objective To establish a method for determining the content of total flavones in dandelion's petal. Method The content of total flavones was detected from dandelion's petal in Taiyuan by chromatometry and compared with the rutin as control. Results The standard curve was linear in the concentration range of 5 to 50 μg/ml.Linear regression equation was Y=0.084A-0.002 0,r=0.999 6.The average recovery of total flavones was 100.02%. Dandelion's petal of Taiyuan contains 0.889 % of flavones. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for determining the content of total flavones in dandelion's petal.
