摘要
松花粉包括黑松及马尾松花粉，它属于风媒花粉。本文研究了（１）松花粉形态的电镜观察；（２）松花粉对皮肤及胃肠道的刺激试验；（３）分析了松花粉的的营养组成。研究结果（１）松花粉表面似多孔绒毡，并有一对耳廓形突起，生发孔位于耳廓内侧；（２）松花粉对皮肤及胃肠道无刺激及致敏作用；（３）松花粉的营养组成比较完全，含有丰富的蛋白质、核酸、磷脂、维生素及八种必需氨基酸，因此说明松花粉具有一定的保健作用。
Pine pollen including the pollen of pimus thurnbergii parl and pimusmassomiana. They ane pollen of winel pollination, This paper investieated the followings: (1)Shape of pine pollen observed by scanning elecron microscopy (2)Irritation of pine pollen to skin and gastroenteron (3)Analysis of the nutritive compositions in pine pollen The results indicated that (1)There wene lot of holes on the surface of pollen and a pair of ear like bunch. The hole of reproduction located inside the bunch. (2)The tests for irritation to skin and gastroenteron were negative (3)nutritve compositions in pine pollen were perfect which contains abundance of protein nucleic acids, Lipids, vitamines, and 8 kinds of essential aminoacids. It manifested that pine pollen have the funtions of enhancing haman health.
