摘要
桑叶经水蒸汽蒸馏 ,GC- MS联用对其化学成分进行分析和鉴定。共分离出 5 3个组分 ,鉴定了其中的 4 5种化合物 ,占挥发油含量的 91.2 7%。桑叶挥发油的化学成分以大茴香脑 (2 1.89% )、六氢金合欢基丙酮 (18.11% )、棕榈酸 (9.19% )、香叶基丙酮 (4.4 7% )、乙酸金合欢酯 (4.12 % )、棕榈酸甲酯 (3.39% )为主。
The essential oil of mulberry leaves was obtained by steam distillation.The chemical components were separated and identified by GC-MS.53 peaks were separated and 45 of them were identified,which accounted for 91.27% of the total essential oil.The main components of the essential oil of mulberry leaves were P-Propenylanisole(21.89%),Hexahydrofarnesyl acetone(18.11%),n-Hexadecanoic acid(9.19%),Geranyl acetone(4.47%),Farnesyl acetate(4.12%),and Hexadecanoic acid methyl ester(3.39%).
