摘要
目的 对不同产地沙棘总黄酮含量差异进行分析。方法 以异鼠李素为对照品，以AlC13为显色剂，采用可见-紫外分光光度法在430nm下进行测定。结果 异鼠李素在10．2～51．1μg/ml范围内呈现良好线性关系，相关系数为0．9996；平均回收率为96．81％，相对标准偏差为3．1％。结论 不同产地沙棘总黄酮含量存在差异。该方法简捷、准确。
Objective To analysis the content of total flavorne in Hippophae Rhamnoies L. in different areas. Methods The content of total flavorne was analyzed by Vis-UV spectrophotometry at 430 nm and calculated by isorhanmetin. Results The linearity of isorhanmethin concertration curve was found within 10.2-51.1μg/ml with the correlation coefficient of 0.9996, the recovery of isorhanmethin was 96.81% with the relative standard deviation of 3.1%. Conclusions The method was reproducible and accurate. The content of total flavome in Hippophae Rhamnoides L. from different areas was different.
