摘要
用溶胶-凝胶法制备掺杂钕离子的TiO_2纳米粒子,并研究钕离子掺杂对TiO_2相结构和光催化活性的影响。结果表明:掺杂钕离子能抑制锐钛矿相向金红石相转变,并能抑制TiO_2晶粒长大;掺杂钕离子能提高TiO_2的光催化活性,掺杂量为0.069%时,光催化活性最高。
The neodymium ion doped TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared by the sol - gel process, and the effects of neodymium ion doping on phase transformation and photocatalytic activity of TiO2 were investigated. The results showed that the relative intensity of (110) peak of rutile and (100) peak of anatase, the mean crystal diameter and mean particle diameter of TiO2 samples decrease owing to doping Nd2O3. The existence of neodymium ion in TiO2 enhanced their photocatalytic activity. It is found that there exists a best ratio value between Nd2O3 and TiO2.
