离子掺杂对提高锐钛型TiO2高热稳定性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 归纳分析了离子掺杂对二氧化钛由锐钛矿型向金红石型转化的抑制作用,得出不同掺杂离子对TiO2相转化温度和粒径具有较大影响的结论。以TiCl4为原料,通过添加少量磷酸二氢钠(NaH2PO4),采用强迫水解法制备纯锐钛相纳米TiO2,相变温度提高到了1000℃,有效抑制了TiO2粒径的长大,与其他文献结果一致。指出掺杂TiO2的相变机理尚处于探索阶段,如何选择适当添加剂、实现高热稳定性锐钛矿型纳米TiO2产业化是今后研究的重点。 The suppressing effects on the anatase-to-rutile phase transformation by doping ions were studied systematically. It can be concluded that the ion dopants have large influences on the phase transition temperature and particle size. Anatase TiO2 was prepared by forced hydrolysis method under boiling reflux using TiCl4 as the raw material and NaH2PO4 as the additive in our laboratory. The obtained sample has a high stability at 1 000℃ and the crystallite size is effectively inhibited, which are in accordance with the literatures. However, the mechanism of the phase transformation of TiO2 is not very clear now. It is important to choose appropriate additives to obtain the industrial production of anatase TiO2 with high thermal stability in future research.
