摘要
介绍了磁控溅射的原理、优点以及在织物整理上的应用,包括了国内外应用磁控溅射技术制备具有抗菌、电磁屏蔽、防紫外、防水透湿等各种功能的织物的研究进展。并且指出磁控溅射技术是一项很有发展前景的织物整理方法。
The principle,merits and applications of magnetron sputtering on fabric finishing were introduced,including research progress on the development of antibacterial,electromagnetic shielding,UV proof,waterproof and breathable and other functional fabrics by magnetron sputtering both at home and abroad.The authors pointed out that the magnetron sputtering technology is a promising method on fabric finishing.
