摘要
探讨了以三氧化二钕为固体催化剂 ,由马来酸酐经浓盐酸催化转化为富马酸和甲醇制备富马酸二甲酯 ,讨论了催化酯化的各种影响因素。与硫酸催化相比 ,三氧化二钕用量少 ,反应时间短 ( 4 h) ,产率较高 (约90 % ) 。
Nd 2O 3 used as solid calalyst for the preparation of dimethylfumarat from fumaric acid and methanol had been studied. Various factors that effect the esterfication had been discussed. With Nd 2O 3 catalyst, the results obtained showed that comparison with sulphuric acid method, the new method had the advantages of shorter reaction time, less amount of catalyst, higher yield and few water.
