摘要
基于抗原与抗体特异性反应的免疫分析技术(IA)具有灵敏度高、快速、方便简捷的特点,尤其适宜现场筛选和大量样品的快速分析。本文简要介绍了农药残留免疫分析方法建立中半抗原合成设计、人工免疫抗原合成、样品前处理等技术的关键环节和免疫分析技术在杀虫剂、杀菌剂、除草剂和生长调节剂等农药残留快速监测中的应用进展,并对农药残留免疫分析技术存在的问题和应用前景进行了讨论。
Immunoassay(IA),based on the interaction of antigen with antibody with high affinity and specificity,and with the characteristics of high sensitivity,rapid,simple,and cost-effective,is particularly suitable for field analysis and sample monitoring.In this paper,the design of hapten synthesis,the synthesis of hapten-protein conjugation,the pre-treatment of sample as well as the application of the immunoassay in residues detection of insecticides,fungicides,herbicides,and growth regulators,were introduced and some questions and the new perspective of the immunoassay for pesticide residues were also discussed.
