摘要
菌核净属于半抗原生物小分子,具有免疫反应性,但不具有免疫原性。为了建立菌核净农药残留的免疫分析方法,以苹果酸氯醛交酯和3,5-二氯苯胺为原料,合成N-(3,5-二氯苯基)-2-羟基琥珀酰亚胺,然后与琥珀酸酐反应,合成了菌核净半抗原N-(3,5-二氯苯基)琥珀酰亚胺-2-琥珀酸半酯,产物经红外、核磁和液质连用等方法确认,为研究菌核净的免疫分析奠定基础。
Dimethachlon is a kind of small molecular hapten that has immunoreactivity instead of immunogenicity. In order to establish an immunoassay method for dimethachlon, N-(3,5-dichlorophenyl)-2-hydroxysuccinimide was synthesized by chloralide of malic acid and 3,5-dichloroaniline, and then reacted with succinic anhydride to obtain the hapten N-(3,5- dichlorophenyl) succinimide-2-hemisuccinate. The structure of the product was identified by IR, IHMR and LC-MS, which provided the foundation for future research of dimethachlon immunoassay.
