摘要
为确保农产品质量安全,发展高灵敏检测技术对农药残留进行检测尤为重要。本文简要介绍了表面等离子共振(surface plasmon resonance,SPR)传感器的原理和增强SPR检测灵敏度的方法,重点综述了国内外应用SPR传感器检测农药残留的研究现状,分析了SPR检测农药残留的优势和发展趋势。
To ensure the safety and quality of agricultural products,it is becoming very important to develop high sensitivity techniques for detection of pesticide residues.The paper introduced principle of surface plasmon resonance(SPR) sensor and method of enhancing SPR sensitivity.This review focused on the research progress of SPR sensor for detecting pesticide residues.Moreover,the advantages and development tendency of SPR were also analyzed for detection of pesticide residues.
