摘要
本文采用间接酶联免疫(间接ELISA)测定技术测定、比较了辣椒雄性不育系,保持系和恢复系花蕾发育过程中内源激素IAA、GA3、IPA和ABA的变化。结果表明:不育系和保持系内源激素含量动态变化差异明显;不育系内源激素的相对含量随着花蕾的发育下降,保持系和恢复系的相对含量前期上升,后期下降,提示辣椒花蕾发育过程中前期内源激素的异常变化可能与小孢子败育有关。
Content changes of IAA,GA3,IPA and ABA in buds of cms,maintaining an d restoring lines in chili pepper were determined with indirect ELISA method.The results indicated the cms and maintaining line showed significant differences in their hormone contents.Their relative contents in the cms line decreased with the bud's development ,but in the maintaining and restoring line they rose in t he early stage and then cut down,which suggests the abnormal hormone change in t he early of the bud development in chili pepper may be related to the microspore abortion.
