结球白菜同核异质雄性不育系同工酶研究 被引量:26

The Peroxidase Isoenzyme Differences among Allocytoplasm Male Sterile Lines and Their Maintainer of Chinese Cabbage

摘要 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,研究了具有甘蓝型油菜(BrassicanapusL.)胞质、萝卜(Raphanussativus)胞质的结球白菜同核异质雄性不育系─Polcms3411-7、Ogucms3411-7及其保持系—3411—7不同发育时期、不同器官过氧化物酶同工酶谱的差异。结果表明,不育系与保持系过氧化物酶同工酶谱的差异主要在花蕾中,表现为不育系酶带多而且活性强,其它器官差异较小;Polcms3411-7与Ogucms3411-7的区别在苗期、蕾期、花期及叶片、根和花蕾中都有表现;讨论了过氧化物酶同工酶的表达与雄性不育性及细胞质的关系。 The differences of peroxidase isoenzyme among the two allocytoplasm male sterile lines with the same nucleus (AA, Zn=20) (Polcms3411-7 and Ogucms3411-7) and separately by transferred ms of Brassica napus (Polima, Shiga, 1980) and ms of Raphanus sativus (Ogura, 1968) to Chinese cabbage (B. campestris ssp. pekinensis) and their common maintainer (3411-7, AA, 2n=20) at different developmental stages and organs were studied by using polyacrylmide gel electrophoresis, the main results obtained are as follows:The differences between the two CMS lines and their maintainer existed in the flower buds, especially in the bigger buds; there were more band numbers in the CMS lines than the maintainer and these bands were more active.The differences between Polcms3411-7 and Ogucms3411-7 existed in all the developmental stages and organs.
