摘要
用荧光光谱法研究了盐酸罂粟碱与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)结合反应的特征,发现盐酸罂粟碱对BSA有较强的荧光猝灭作用,根据荧光猝灭数据和非辐射能量转移机理,由Sterm Volmer方程和双倒数方程获得了结合反应的结合常数、结合位置和结合过程的基本热力学参数。
The characteristics of the binding reaction of papaverine with BSA was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy. It was found that papaverine hydrochloride exhibits a strong quenching effect on the fluorescence of BSA through a non radiative energy transfer. The data of fluorescence quenching were analyzed according to Stern-Volmer equation and double-reciprocal equation, and the binding constant of the reaction, the position of binding and the basic thermodynamic parameters of the binding process were obtained.
