摘要
目的 :以光谱技术的方法研究在不同酸度条件下 ,左氧氟沙星与牛血清白蛋白分子间结合作用的机制。方法 :荧光猝灭方法。结果 :根据荧光猝灭双倒数图计算左氧氟沙星与牛血清白蛋白之间的结合常数 ,根据F嵀rster能量传递原理计算出左氧氟沙星在臦灏椎鞍咨系慕岷暇嗬胛?4 4 1nm ,并根据热力学参数确定了左氧氟沙星与牛血清白蛋白之间的作用力类型。结论 :牛血清白蛋白与左氧氟沙星分子间有较强的结合作用 。
AIM:To study the reaction mechanism between levofloxacin(LVFX) and bovine serum albumin(BSA) at different pH METHOD:Fluorescence spectra were used RESULT:The binding constants of BSA and LVFX were determined from a double reciprocal Lineweaver-Burk curves According to the Fōrster dipole-dipole energy transfer,the distance between the LVFX and BSA is 4 41 nm CONCLUSION:From thermodynamic coordination it can be judged that the binding force between LVFX and BSA is Van der Waals force
