摘要
用UV Vis吸收光谱和荧光光谱法研究了在模拟人体生理条件下,甲芬那酸与牛血清白蛋白结合反应特征,发现甲芬那酸对牛血清白蛋白有较强的荧光猝灭作用,且甲芬那酸的紫外吸收光谱和牛血清白蛋白的荧光发射光谱有一定程度的重叠,由此得出了其结合反应的结合常数、结合位点数和结合过程的基本热力学参数。
The binding characteristics of mefenamic acid(MEA) and bovin serum albumin were studied by fluerescence and absorption spectroscopy in aqueous solution. The results showed that MEA had a powerful ability to quench the BSA fluorescence via a nonradiative energy transfer mechanism. The fluorescence quenching data were analyzed according to Scatchard equation and double-reciprocal equation, and the binding constant, and the thermodynamic parameters et al. were obtained.
