在白三叶Trifoliumrepens生长旺盛的5月23日和6月20日分别进行不同浓度的多效唑处理,研究了多效唑对泰达绿化带白三叶生长的影响。试验结果表明,多效唑处理能使白三叶叶绿素含量明显增加;使白三叶节间显著缩短(P<0 01),茎增粗(P<0 01),比叶重(P<0 01)增加。白三叶的株高随多效唑处理浓度的提高而降低(P<0 01),叶片大小随处理浓度的提高而减小。多效唑处理对白三叶具有显著的抑制生长和改善绿化景观的作用,多效唑处理具有十分明显的浓度效应,处理浓度以750mg/kg左右为宜,最大不应超过1000mg/kg。
Growth characteristics of white clover in the TEDA green belt were measured after applying paclobutrazol during vigorous growth on May 23 and June 20. Paclobutrazol treatment resulted in increased chlorophyll content, shortened internode length, thickened stem and heavier leaf weight (P<0.01). Plant height and leaf size reduced with increasing paclobutrazol concentration (P<0.01). Paclobutrazol treatment had significant growth inhibition and landscape improvement effects on white clover. Paclobutrazol concentration had very obvious effects. The appropriate concentration is about 750 mg/kg, and ought not to exceed 1 000 mg/kg.
