摘要
[目的]为金合欢育苗提供理论依据。[方法]多效唑溶液设10个浓度处理金合欢种子后,测定其发芽率、胚根长和苗轴长等指标。[结果]多效唑处理的发芽率明显高于对照。多效唑浓度为255 mg/L时,发芽率最高,为75.4%,比对照提高32.8%;多效唑处理后的籽苗胚根长度明显低于对照。多效唑浓度为75 mg/L时对胚根抑制作用最强,胚根长度为0.439 cm,比对照低72.7%。多效唑处理后的籽苗轴长明显低于对照,多效唑浓度为210 mg/L时对籽苗轴长抑制作用最强,籽苗轴长为0.824 cm,比对照低214.2%。多效唑处理后的成苗率明显高于对照。多效唑浓度为255 mg/L最佳,成苗率66.9%,比对照提高28.7%。[结论]多效唑溶液浸种处理可以提高金合欢发芽率和成苗率,抑制发芽粒的轴长。
[Objective] The study aimed to provide theoretical base for raising of Acacia seedling. [Method] After Acacia seeds were treated with paclobutrazol of 10 series concentrations, the indexes of germination rate, length of radicle and hypocotyls were investigated. [Result] Germination rate of Acacia seeds treated with paclobutrazol was significantly higher than CK. Germination rate in treatment with 255 mg/L paclobutrazol was highest (75.4%) and 32.8% higher than CK. Length of radicle in treatment with paclobutrazol was significantly shorter than CK. Paclobutrazol at 75 mg/L had strongest inhibition on radicle, and the of radicle length was 0.439 cm, being 72.7% lower than CK. Length of hypocotyls in treatment with paclobutrazol was significantly shorter than CK. Paclobutrazol at 210 mg/L had strongest inhibition on the axis length which was 0. 824 cm, being 214.2% lower than CK. The seedling rate in treatment with paclobutrazol was significantly higher than CK. Paclobutrazol at 255 mg/L had the best effect on seedling rate which was 66.9% ,being 28.7% higher than CK. [Conclusion] Treatment of soaking seeds with paclobutrazol could improve the germination rate and seedling rate and restrain the axis length of germinated seeds
