摘要
用 6种温度 (4 0、3 5、3 0、2 5、2 0、15℃ )处理紫色辣椒新品系YN 990 0 7进行发芽试验 (以日本天鹰椒作为对照 ) ,研究各温度下的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、芽长、脯氨酸 (Pro)含量、丙二醛 (MDA)含量及质膜透性 (PMP)等指标。结果表明 :紫色辣椒YN 990 0 7的发芽适宜温度范围为 2 0～ 3 5℃ ,40℃和 15℃下发芽优于对照品种 ;抗逆温生理特性亦优于对照品种。
Purple Chili Line YN99007 was treated to germinate with six different temperatures (40,35,30,25,20,15℃),by using Japan TianYing as a check. The results showed germination percentage, germinating viability, germination factor and germination height of purple chili YN99007 were higher than those of ck; Appropriate germination temperature range of chili YN99007 was from 20℃ to 35℃, and the cases of germination at 40℃,15℃ were respectively better than that of the check; The resistance of chili YN99007 to temperature stress was stronger than that of ck, according to the contents of Pro, MDA and PMP in the buds.
