摘要
综述了植物冷害和抗冷性的研究结果 ,包括以下几个方面 :①冷害的形态表现 ;②冷害的生理变化 ;③渗透调节与抗冷性 ;④内源激素在抗冷性中的作用 ;⑤膜保护物质与活性氧平衡 ;⑥逆境蛋白。同时提出了尚待进一步解决的问题。
The study advances of plants chilling injury and cold hardiness were reviewed in this paper and it included:①morphological expression of chilling injury;②the physiological changes of chilling injury;③osmotic adjustment and cold hardiness;④the function of endogenous hormones in cold hardiness;⑤the protected matter of membrane and the balance of active oxygen;⑥adversive albumen. At the same time, some problems need to be further investigation in the area of plant cold hardiness were put forward.
