栾树水浸液对白三叶种子萌发的化感效应 被引量:4

摘要 为探究栾树(Koelreuteria bipinnata Franch.var.integrifoliola Merr.T.Chen)不同器官水浸液对白三叶(Trifolium repens)种子萌发的化感作用,采用培养皿滤纸法研究了5种不同浓度(0.00、12.50、25.00、50.00和100.00mg·mL-1)栾树根、茎、叶水浸提液对白三叶种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:低浓度栾树根水浸液(12.5和25.0mg·mL-1)对白三叶种子萌发率、萌发指数和单株重没有显著影响,高浓度(50.00和100.00 mg·mL-1)有抑制作用,浓度越高,抑制作用越强;栾树叶水浸液对白三叶种子萌发的影响与根水浸液基本一致;栾树茎水浸液对白三叶种子萌发率和萌发指数没有显著影响,高浓度处理(100.00mg·mL-1)显著降低单株重.不同器官水浸液对白三叶种子萌发的化感抑制作用强弱依次为叶>根>茎. To explore the allelopathy of aqueous extracts from different organs of Koelreuteria bipinnata Franch. var. integrifoliola (Merr. ) T. Chen on seed germination of Tri folium repens, the indoor petri dish method was used to study the effects of water extracts from K. bipinnata root, stem and leaf with different con-centrations (0.00,12. 50, 25. 00, 50. 00, 100. 00 mg -mL-1) on seed germination and seedling growth of Tri-folium repens. The results showed that: the low concentration (12. 50 and 25. 00 mg -mL-1) of the aqueous ex-tract from root of K. bipinnata had no significant effect on the germination rate, germination index and plant weight of Trifolium repens ,but inhibited at high concentration (50. 0 and 100. 0 mg -mL-1) , and the inhibiting effect increased with increasing concentration. The effects of aqueous extract from leaf on the germination of Trifolium repens was similar to that of roots. The aqueous extract from stem had no significant effect on the germination rate and germination index of Trifolium repens, but significantly reduced the plant weight at high concentration (100.00 mg mL-1). The inhibitory effects of aqueous extracts from different organs of K. bipin-nata on seed germination of Trifolium repenswere leaf〉 root〉 stem.
