摘要
根据光学薄膜原理,利用计算机程序对太阳电池减反射膜进行模拟仿真,得到反射率R(λ)与波长λ的关系曲线,并利用曲线对减反射膜进行优化.设计出几种常用材料制备单、双、三层减反射膜时的最佳膜系参数,为太阳电池减反射膜的制备提供理论依据.分析了电池封装和电池表面钝化对反射曲线的影响,并验证了实验结果.
According to the theory of optical films, a computer program is developed to simulate the anti-reflection coatings for solar cells. Reflection curves are obtained using the program. Optimization of several anti-reflection structures is realized by using the reflection curves. Parameters of single layer, double layer and three-layer anti-reflection coatings are designed. These theoretical parameters can be used to guide experiments. The influence of encapsulation and surface passivation on the reflection curves is discussed, and theoretical reflection curves have verified the experimental results.
