摘要
本文指出,对吸收系统大的半导体太阳电池,描述其宏观光学特性的物理量应为实折射率n_s(λ)和消光系统τ(λ),据此导出了单层减反射膜的最佳光学匹配条件。设计减反射膜时必须考虑τ(λ)对其膜厚、折射率和匹配中心波长的影响。
Based on electromagnetics, the article strictly defines the optimum optical matching condition of single layer antireflective coatings on true semiconductor solar cells with a large absorptive coefficient. Two physical parameters:the real refractive index N_s(δ) and the extinction cocfficientτ(λ), are employed here to describe theoretically the macroscopic optical properties of semiconductor. Results of computer optimization of a-Si and GaAs solar cells based on This theory show that for semiconductors with a large absorptive coefficientα(λ), the effect of τ(λ) on the film thickness, refraction index and matching central wavelength must he taken into consideration when preparing single-layer-antireflective coatings.Otherwise, ideal optical matching results cannot bc achieved.
