摘要
本文通过分析网络环境下图书馆面临的挑战 。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of libraries in the network circumstance, and argues that the librarians should adjust their knowledge structure urgently in the network circumstance,especially develop abilities of language, network technology and information processing to meet the needs of modern library work.
