摘要
本文主要论述了建立和发展图书采访学的必要性，图书采访理论的形成、发展与评价，图书采访学的研究对象、内容与任务，２１世纪图书采访学研究的环境与课题。本文对３００年来图书采访实践中形成的各种观点，比较系统的进行了归纳、剖析、评价，对２１世纪图书采访学研究的环境、方向、主要课题进行了探索。
The paper expounds the necessity of establishing and developing science of book acquisition,the formation and appraisal of the theory,the object of study,the content and task of science of book acquisition in the 21st century.It systematically concludes,analyses and comments on the viewpoints from practice of book acquisition since 300 years.The circumstances,direction,main task of the 21st century and basic theory of science of book acquisition are also discussed in it.
