摘要
本文指出了图书馆员接受继续教育的紧迫性 ,阐述了图书馆员继续教育的核心内容和层次 。
This article points out the emergency of the librarians' further reeducation at the era of the knowledge competition and expatiates how to foster the innovative ability of the librarians and introduce the core contents and stages of the librarians' reeducation. Finally, this article also provides some suggestion on some concrete actions for strengthening the reeducation.
