摘要
根据ESP(专门用途英语)理论,法律英语教学和通用英语教学存在着差异,教学目的、教学要求都不同。在法律英语的学科建设上,应尽快出台教学大纲,科学选材,并在教材中注重法律英语的专业词汇、句法特点及句子结构的系统性研究。
According to ESP theory,there exist differences in educational goal,teaching requirement between the law English instruction and current English instruction.To strengthen the subject construction of law English,we should draft teaching outline as soon as possible, select teaching material scientifically, and lay stress on the systematic study of specialized vocabularies of law English,trait of syntax and sentence structure.
