摘要
随着涉外法律事务的增多，法律英语的重要性日益显现，有必要对其进行合理的定位，并采用全浸式情境教学法。该教学法因其独特的“全浸式”、“情境化”，可将学生“浸泡”于全英文的特定情境之中，帮助学生将英语融通于法律，逐步提高综合运用法律英语处理法律事务的能力。该教学法实施需要满足一定的要求，并遵循必要的步骤，同时也面临着一些现实问题，应以适当的途径加以解决。
Along with the increase of legal affairs involving foreign affairs, legal English becomes more and more important. It＇s necessary that we orient the course to the practical need and adopt the Situational English Immersion Approach. This approach, due to its unique characters of ＂English immersion＂ and ＂being situational＂, may immerse the students in a specific situation where only English is used, help the students to melt English into law and improve gradually their actual ability to handle legal affairs with legal English. For the employment this approach, several prerequisites should be satisfied and certain steps need be followed. Meanwhile, some problems should be settled in a proper way.
