摘要
目的 :建立测定抗感颗粒中绿原酸含量的方法。方法 :采用硅胶G薄层板 ,以二甲苯 乙酸乙酯 70 %乙醇 甲醇 (3 .5∶3 .5∶1∶0 .6)展开 ,紫外透射仪在 365nm处显色定位 ,在λs=31 0nm ,λr=2 4 5nm条件下扫描测定。结果 :本法线性范围为0 .3～ 3μg,r=0 .9988,平均回收率为 98.95 % ,RSD为 1 .6 % (n =4)。结论 :本法准确、重现性好 ,可用于该产品的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Kanggan granules.METHODS The silica gel G phate was used with xylene-Ethyl acetate-70%alcohol-methanol ( 3.5 ∶ 3.5 ∶1∶ 0.6 )as developing solvent.The plate was scanned with the condition of λ s =310 nm, λ r = 245 nm zigzagly by the means of double wave-length reflection. RESULTS Linear range was 0.3 ～ 3 μg , r = 0.9988 ,recovery was 98.95% ,RSD= 1.6% ( n =4).CONCLUSIONS The method is accurate ,it can be used for thequality control of the product.
