双花连翘水凝胶的鉴别与含量测定 被引量:2

摘要 目的:建立双花连翘水凝胶制剂的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别制剂中的金银花、连翘;反相高效液相色谱法测定其绿原酸、连翘苷和连翘酯苷A的含量。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,无干扰,易分辨;绿原酸,连翘苷和连翘酯苷A在8.0~48.0,1.0~100,和5.0~1000.0μg·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9992,0.9996,0.9996);平均回收率(n=6)分别为99.23±2.3%,99.48±2.3%,99.21±1.8%。结论:所建立的方法简便、准确,专属性强,可用于该类型制剂的质量控制。 Objective:To establish the quality standard for Shuanghua Lianqiao hydrogel.Methods:Compounds in Shuanghua Lianqiao hydrogel were identified by TLC,and then RP-HPLC was employed to determine the content of chlorogenic acid,forsythin and forsythoside A.Results:The TLC chromatogram spots were clear,non-interfered and easy to recognize.Chlorogenic acid,Forsythin and Forsythoside A showed excellent linear relationship at the range of 8.0-48.0,1.0-100.0,5.0-1000.0 μg·mL-1 with r=0.9992,0.9996,0.9996,respectively.In addition,the average recoveries(n=6)were 99.23±2.3%,99.48±2.3%,99.21±1.8%,respectively.Conclusion:The combined method of TLC and HPLC established in this paper is simple,accurate and with a high specificity,hence it can be also used as the quality standards for the similar preparation.
