摘要
采用腹腔注射左旋硝基精氨酸造成的大鼠高血压模型 ,对络活胶囊的降压机制进行研究。模型组、对照组、络活 1、2、3组各组应用左旋硝基精氨酸后 1、2周 ,心率明显减慢。药后各用药组血压均有所下降 ,与用药前比较有明显差异 ;与模型组比较 ,也有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。各用药组用药后心率明显加快 ,与药前比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,用药后ADM水平均有所升高 ,与用药前比较无显著性差异 ,但有升高趋势。络活 2、3组和对照组的TFPI水平与空白组比较有明显差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。说明络活胶囊可以降低左旋硝基精氨酸造成的大鼠高血压 ,升高血浆ADM水平 。
The objective of the experimental is to study the decompression mechanism of Luohuo capsule for hypertension model rats by injecting N ω-Nitro-L-Arginine(L-NNA) in abdominal cavity. The heart rate was slow in the model rats groups. The blood pressure was significantly decreased and the heart rate increased after having been perfused stomach with Luohuo capsule or Beijing Hypotensive No.0 in the control group, Luohuo 1 group, Luohuo 2 group and Luohuo 3 group(P<0.01). The ADM was increased which had no significance in the treatment groups and the control group, and TFPI was significantly decreased in the control group, Luohuo 2 group and Luohuo 3 group(P<0.01). It indicated that the hypertension model rats' blood pressure,and TFPI was significantly decreased, the ADM was increased after being given Luohuo capsule.
