高血压患者血压与内皮素和一氧化氮关系的研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了解原发性高血压 (EH)患者外周血内皮素 (ET)、一氧化氮 (NO)浓度及其比值的变化与血压的关系 ,采用放射免疫法及硝酸还原法分别测定了 96例EH患者 (其中 1级 5 4例 ,2级 33例 ,3级 9例 )和 6 0名健康者(对照组 )的血浆ET及NO浓度 ,计算两者的比值 (ET/NO) ,对比它们在高血压不同级别间的差异 ,并分析它们与收缩压 (SBP)和舒张压 (DBP)的相关性。结果显示 :EH组的ET和ET/NO显著高于对照组 (分别为92 .9910± 31.332 9ng/L对 70 .0 2 98± 2 0 .4 6 2 8ng/L和 3.9732± 2 .94 92ng/L对 1.4 0 75± 0 .817ng/L) ,P均小于0 .0 0 1。NO显著低于对照组 (32 .385 0± 18.0 6 70 μmol/L对 5 0 .5 76 5± 17.85 91μmol/L) ,P小于 0 .0 0 1。ET和ET/NO随血压级别增加而上升 ,与收缩压、舒张压均呈正相关 ,NO则相反。结论 :EH患者的ET增高 ,NO降低 ,ET与NO不平衡 ,其血压升高可能与ET、NO血浓度变化、两者失衡有关。 To study the relationship of blood pressure with endothelin(ET), nitric oxide(NO) and ratio of ET to NO(ET/NO) in patients with essential hypertension(EH), the level of plasma ET and serum NO was measured by radioimmunoassay and nitric acid deoxidizing method respectively in 96 patients with EH(54 in class 1, 33 in class 2, and 9 in class 3)and 60 healthy volunteers as normal control(NC), and then the ratio of ET to NO was calculated.The differences of ET, NO and ET/NO in the different class of EH were compared and correlation of systolic and diastolic pressure with them was analysed.Results showed that ET and ET/NO were significantly higher in EH group than that in NC (92.99±31.33ng/L vs 70.03±20.46ng/L and 3.97±2.95ng/L vs 1.41±0.82ng/L), P<0.001.NO was significantly lower in EH group than that in NC (32.39±18.07μmo/L vs 50.58±17.86μmo/L), P<0.001.ET and ET/NO ratio showed an increase with the rise in the class of EH and were positively correlated with systolic and diastolic blood pressure.NO was contrary to ET and ET/NO.Conclusions: In patients with hypertension ET level is increased, but NO level is decreased.The ratio of ET/NO is imbalanced.The rise of blood pressure may be related with ET, NO and imbalanced ratio of ET/NO.
