摘要
目的筛选用于降压的杜麻方的药材用量配比。方法以给药前后大鼠血压差为指标,采用U5(52)均匀设计优选杜麻方药材用量配比。结果多元回归分析结果表明,杜麻方的优选处方为罗布麻叶(6g)、杜仲(5g);验证实验表明优选处方对高血压模型大鼠降压效果明确,且两药材之间具有协同作用。结论该研究方法运用于中药复方的优化具有切实可行性。
Objective To optimize the prescription of Dumafang,a Chinese herb medicine,used to therapy hypertension.Methods The difference of hypertension between before and after administration was selected as the index,U5（52） uniform design was used to optimize the prescription of Dumafang.Results According to the results of multiple regression analysis,the optimized prescription of Dumafang was composed by Apocyni veneti folium（6 g） and Eucommiae cortex（5 g）.The optimized prescription of Dumafang showed certain effect on the hypertensive rat model.Apocyni veneti folium and Eucommiae cortex may act synergistically.Conclusion This method can be useful in the study of prescription optimization.
