摘要
目的探讨全蝎纯化液(PLIS)对内毒素休克大鼠的保护作用。方法将50只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、PLIS大剂量组、PLIS中剂量组、PLIS小剂量组,每组10只。静脉注射脂多糖(LPS),复制大鼠休克模型。PLIS各剂量组于注射PLIS后15min注射LPS,空白组注射等量生理盐水。监测LPS注射前及注射后60min、90min、180min大鼠平均动脉压(MAP)。LPS注射3h后颈总动脉取血,测定血浆组织因子(TF)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、组织因子途径抑制物(TFPI)含量。结果全蝎各剂量组在注入LPS后,MAP下降不明显,TF、TNF含量显著降低(P<0.01),TFPI含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但TFPI/TF比值各剂量组明显高于模型组(P<0.01)。结论 PLIS可能通过抑制TF和TNF升高,而对大鼠内毒素休克有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of scorpion purified liquid（PLIS） on rats with endotoxic shock.Methods Fifty Sprague-Dawley（SD） rats were randomly divided into blank group,endotoxin（LPS） group,high,medium and low dose PLIS group,10 in each group.Models were established by injection of lipopolysaccharide（LPS） into vein.The blank group was injected with saline.Mean arterial pressures（MAP） of LPS was monitored at 60 min,90 min and 180 min.The contents of plasma tissue factor（TF）,tissue factor pathway inhibitor（TFPI）,tumor necrosis factor（TNF） were determined.Results After injection of LPS,the MAPs were declined in each PLIS dose groups,but only MAP in PLS group was declined significantly.The contents of plasma TF and TNF were declined significantly（P＆lt;0.01）.TFPI/TF in each PLIS dose group was significantly higher than that in LPS group（P＆lt;0.01）.Conclusion Scorpion purified liquid might inhibit the increase of TF and TNF,and it had a protection of endotoxic shock in rats.
