摘要 在间歇培养基础上 ,利用膜生物反应系统进行连续发酵制取二羟基丙酮。考查了不同甘油浓度、培养基组分和流速对于连续发酵中菌体生长特性和二羟基丙酮产率的影响。结果表明 :甘油浓度为 60 g/L、玉米浆和蛋白水解液浓度为 0 5g/L、稀释率为 0 0 67h-1时 ,菌体积累、甘油转化率和体积产率均较高 ,最长连续发酵持续时间为 40 0h。 Production of dihydroxyacetone (DHA) by continuous cultivation with membrane bioreactor (MBR) has been proposed on the basis of the batch cultivation The influence of glycerol concentration, medium composition and dilution rate on conversion of glycerol to DHA during the continuous cultivation has been investigated It is seen that DHA concentration and the overall productivity could be maintained over 400 h at a dilution rate of 0.067 h and in the medium containing 60?g/L glycerol, 0 5?g/L corn steep liquor and hydrolyzed protein
