摘要
采用离子交换法从发酵液中提取丙酸,对于丙酸发酵与维生素B12发酵均具有较大的潜在应用价值。本试验从20多种树脂中筛选出了一种对丙酸吸交性能较好的树脂:树脂C。树脂C对1.2%丙酸溶液中丙酸的静态吸附量为494.3g/kg,对2.0%丙酸发酵液中丙酸的静态吸附量则为140.18g/kg。动态吸附试验表明,树脂C吸附性能良好,洗脱峰高而窄,再生性能优良。研究初步证明,固液接触时间对树脂C吸交过程具有显著影响。
Separation and purification of propionic acid(PA)from fermentation broth using ion-exchange method hold great application promise for PA fermentation and vitamin B12 fermentation.An appropriate resin, Resin C was selected from more than 20 types of resins.The static state absorption capacity of Resin C from 1.2 % PA solution and from fermentation broth containing 2.0 % PA were 494.3 g/kg and 140.18 g/kg wet resin respectively.The dynamic state exchange trials,ineluding adsorption,elute and regeneration of resin,were performed.Preliminary study implied that feeding fluid flow rate had significant effect on the course of PA ion-exchange.
