摘要
利用MIP 8 80 0型电弧离子镀设备 ,在发动机压气机叶片材料 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV不锈钢表面沉积了 (Ti1 -xAlx)N梯度纳米涂层。对其进行了 70 0℃不同何温时间高温氧化性能实验。采用XL 30FEG型扫描电子显微镜对氧化后的涂层表面进行了观察分析。观察结果表明 ,(Ti1 -xAlx)N梯度纳米涂层中 ,当x≥ 0 2 5时 ,所形成的Al2 O3氧化层是致密完整连续的 ,具有良好的抗高温氧化性能。
Gradient nano-coating of (Ti 1-x Al\-x)N was deposited on compressor blade material 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV using MIP-8-800 arc ion plating facility.High temperature oxidation experiment was carried out at 700℃ for different time.Surface morphology of the coating after oxidation was studied by XL-30FEG SEM.It is indicated that the Al\-2O\-3 layer formed on the coating surface is dense and consistent when the value of x is no less than 0\^25 in the (Ti 1-x Al\-x)N nano-coating,and the coating shows excellent high temperature oxidation resistance.
