摘要
在多弧离子镀设备上沉积了TiN涂层 ,研究了不同沉积温度下TiN涂层的表面硬度及与基体的结合力。实验结果表明 ,在保证基体材料不过热的前提下提高沉积温度 ,有利于提高TiN涂层的性能。
This paper studied the hardness and the adhesion of TiN coatings by multi arc technique with different deposition temperatures.The result show that if the feature of matrix material is not too hot,we can get better properties of TiN coatings when we develop the deposition temperature.
