摘要 介绍了一种新型防护镀层—— (Ti,Al)N镀层 .镀层中铝含量对薄膜的化学成分、微观结构 (相组成, 结构取向, 致密性等 )、力学性能及抗氧化性能的影响明显 .综合 (Ti1- xAlx)N薄膜的力学性能和抗氧化性能得出, 铝含量大于 25%时, 可得到性能较优的薄膜 . In this paper a kind of protective coating- (Ti,Al)N films is introduced. The chemical compositions, phase, lattice parameter, preferred orientation, mechanics performance and oxidation- resistant of coatings were changed with different Al contents in the coatings. From the point of view of the mechanical properties and oxidation- resistant, the(Ti1- xAlx)N coating is of better performance when the Al content was above 25% .
