摘要
为了解皖南尖吻蝮蛇毒中NAD糖苷水解酶内Cu(Ⅱ)的配位情况,我们着重研究了它的EPR谱,从得到的谱图,对应的g因子和超精细分裂表明NADase内的Cu(Ⅱ)至少与三个氮原子相配位,并且呈变形的平面四边形。该结果与Cu(Ⅱ)模型配合物的EPR比较显示,NADase中与Cu(Ⅱ)配位的氮原子可能来源于NADase分子侧链上组氨酸的咪唑集团。
The EPR spectra on the NAD glycohydrolase from snake venom at room and low temperature have been studied to investigate the Cu(II) coordination in the molecule. The spectrum in solution at low temperature and its corresponding g factors and hyperfine splittings show that at least three nitrogen atoms are bounded to Cu(II) and the structure is the plannar square with some distortion. From the comparision with some model Cu(II) complexes, it can be followed that the nitrogen atoms coordinated to Cu(II) may be from the imidazol groups in histidincs of NAD glycohydrolase.
