摘要
合成了 2 -氯代苯甲醛丙氨酸席夫碱及其与Cu(Ⅱ )、Ni(Ⅱ )、Co(Ⅱ )、Zn(Ⅱ )离子所形成的配合物 ;以元素分析、摩尔电导、热重、红外光谱、拉曼光谱、1 HNMR谱等手段研究了化合物的组成和配位环境 ;对所合成的化合物进行了抑制超氧自由基的初步实验 ,发现虽然 2 -CAZn、2 -CACo对DNA具有明显作用 ,但该系列化合物对超氧自由基的抑制能力较弱 .
copper(Ⅱ), nickel(Ⅱ), cobalt(Ⅱ), zinc(Ⅱ) complexes with the Schiff base derived from 2-chlorobenzaldehyde and alanine were synthesized. These compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1 HNMR, TG-DTA and UV-Vis spectra. The free radical inhibition rate to O - 2 was also observed. Although 2-CACo and 2-CAZn have been found obviously interact with DNA, but none of this series compound shows strong inhibition to O - 2.
