摘要
目的评价螺旋CT三维重建在胫骨平台骨折中的应用价值。方法17例胫骨平台骨折患者,均接受X线检查,螺旋CT扫描和三维重建。比较三者的检查结果并与术中对照。结果根据螺旋CT及三维重建图像的资料,平片漏诊2例,更正骨折分型2例,纠正误诊1例。三维重建图像在空间关系的显示上有明显优势。结论螺旋CT三维重建能为胫骨平台骨折的诊断和治疗提供有价值的信息,有良好的前景。
Objective To evaluate the value of 3D reconstru ction with spiral CT in tibial platea u fractures.Methods 17tibial plateau fractures were examined with plain f ilm,spiral CT and 3D reconstruction.The results were compared each other.Results According to spiral CT and 3D reconstruction images,the fractures were not fond with plain film in 2cases and the diagnosis in 2cases were reviewed,the misdiag-nosis in 1case were corrected.3D rec onstruction images were better more in showing the space relationship.Conclusion3D reconstruction images can provide valuable informa tions for the diagnosis and treatmen t of tibial plateu fractures and have a bright futne.[
