摘要
目的：评价MSCT三维重建在复杂骨折中的应用价值.方法：对202例复杂骨折进行扫描和三维重建.结果：所有病例的三维重建图像,能直观、立体、清晰、多角度地显示骨折情况及周围解剖关系.结论：螺旋CT三维重建能够更精确地显示复杂骨折情况,对复杂骨折的诊断和治疗方案的选择具有很好的应用价值.
Objective：Appraises the MSCT three dimensional reconstruction in the compound fracture application value. Methods： Carries on the scanning and the three dimensional reconstruction to 202 example compound fractures. Results： All case of illness three dimensional reconstruction im- age,can direct--viewing, three--dimensional, clear, the multiple perspectives demonstration bone fracture situation and periphery dissects the rela- tions. Conclusion：The screw CT three dimensional reconstruction can demonstrate precisely the compound fracture situation, has the very good application value to the compound fracture diagnosis and the treatment plan choice.
