摘要
目的探讨三维CT重建在胫骨平台骨折中的应用价值。方法30例胫骨平台骨折中患者,均接受X线,三维重建检查,比较二者的结果。结果依据三维重建图像资料,平片漏诊2例,术前得以准确地评价骨折,明确分型,指导手术。结论三维重建能立体显示关节内骨折,取得了较好的疗效。
Objective To study the clinical significance of diagnosis of tibial plateau fractures with three-dimensional eomputes tomography reconstruction. Methods 30 cases of tibial plateau fractures were examined preoperatively with X-ray and 3-DCT respectively. The results were compared with each other. Results According to the data, 3-DCT has detected the fractures of all the cases besides two cases that X-ray plain scan has not done, classified them and guided operating by helping surgeons to select appropriate surgical approaches. Conclusion 3-DCT can displayed the internal joint fractres visually.
