螺旋CT三维重建对胫骨平台骨折诊断价值研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨螺旋CT三维重建在胫骨平台骨折中的临床应用。方法:回顾性分析1999~2004年38例胫骨平台骨折病例,手术前均行X线摄片,而后行螺旋CT三维重建并与手术对照。螺旋CT的扫描参数为层厚1~3mm。结果:所有病例螺旋CT三维重建明确地显示了骨折,并在骨折的分型和碎骨的描述上较平片优越,与手术中所见一致。结论:螺旋CT三维重建能够更为精确地显示胫骨平台的骨折情况,对治疗方法的选择具有指导意义。 Objective: To investigate the clinical use of spiral CT with 3D reconstruction in fractures of the tibial. Methods: 38 cases of tibial fractures treated with spiral CT in our hospital from 1999 to 2002 were studied retrospectively. The knee joint X - ray and function and spiral CT with 3D reconstruction were used in preoperation, and analysis the result of the between preoperation and operation. Scanning parameters of spiral CT were as follows: 1 - 3mm collimation. Results: Fractures were demonstrated definitely with spiral CT in all cases. Analysis of the results showed the superiority of spiral CT with 3D reconstruction in the classification, and in the exact assessment of the quantity of fragments, and all this is same between preoperation and operation. Conclusions: Spiral CT with 3D reconstructions gives a hetter and more accurate demonstration of the tibial plateau fracture and chooses a more precise therapy plan.
