摘要
目的探讨64排螺旋CT三维影像后处理技术在胫骨平台骨折中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析40例胫骨平台骨折患者的X线平片和64排螺旋CT三维重组影像(多平面重组MPR和容积再现重组VRT)表现,并进行Schatzker分型,然后根据术中所见,比较二者的诊断符合率。结果 3例患者X线平片无法明确诊断,7例X线平片分型错误,其诊断符合率为75%,64排螺旋CT三维重组影像对40例患者均做出了准确诊断和分型,其诊断符合率为100%。结论 64排螺旋CT三维影像后处理技术能对胫骨平台骨折正确诊断及分型,对治疗方法的选择有指导意义。
Objective To evaluate the value of 64-slice multi-detector CT（MSCT） 3D reconstruction in the diagnosis of tibial plateau fractures.Methods Retrospective analysis of plain radiographs and MSCT 3D reconstruction images were performed in 40 cases with tibial plateau fractures and Schatzker classification was made respectively.Results of image studies were compared with those attained on the basis of surgical treatment.Results With plain radiographs,fracture diagnoses were not confirmed in 3 cases and classification errors happened in 7 cases.The diagnostic accordance rate was 75%.The diagnoses and classification of fractures were correct in all cases with MSCT 3D reconstruction images;the diagnostic accordance rate was 100%.Conclusion MSCT 3D reconstruction can make correct diagnosis and classification in tibial plateau fractures,which is very helpful in choosing a best treatment.
