摘要
目的 :了解儿童反复呼吸道感染 (RRTI)与头发微量元素水平的关系。方法 :应用原子吸收分光光度法测定了RRTI组 (n=15 0 )和对照组 (n=130 )头发锌、铜、铁、钙的含量。结果 :RRTI组头发 Zn、Fe、Ca含量水平均低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,但 Cu差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,结论 :儿童反复呼吸道感染与缺锌、缺钙、缺铁等微量元素有密切关系。
Objective:To observe the relationship between repetitive respiratory tract infection (RRTI)and hair trace element in children.Methods:The hair content of Zn,Cu,Fe and Ca in 150 children of RRTI and 130 normal children was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results:Except for Cu,the hair level of Zn,Fe and Ca in RRTi group was much lower than that in normal group(P<0.01).Conclusion:RRTI in children could be related to the deficiency of trace elements such as Zn,Fe,Ca and the like.
