摘要
为了解反复呼吸道感染与头发微量元素的关系 ,测定了 52例易感儿及 4 1例健康儿童发锌、铁、铜、钙含量。结果显示 ,易感儿发锌含量极显著低于健康组 (P <0 0 1) ;发钙偏低 ,0 0 5>P >0 0 1;发铁、铜含量基本正常 ,两组无显著差异。本研究表明儿童反复呼吸道感染与缺锌、缺钙有关。
The content of Zn,Fe,Cu,Ca in hair of 52 easily infected children and 41 normal children was studied.The results indicated that hair Zn level of the easily infected children was much lower in hair than that in the normal children(P<001)and so was Ca in hair (005>P>001),while Fe,Cu content of the easily infected children was the same as that in normal children.There was no obvious difference between the two groups.The results showed that repetetive respiratory tract infection had relations with zinc deficiency and calcium deficiency
