摘要
用原子吸收分光光度法测定了 52例厌食症儿童头发中锌、铜的含量。结果表明 ,厌食症儿童发锌量明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 1 )。发铜与对照组之间无差异 (P >0 0 5)。提示厌食症与缺锌有密切关系。
The content of hair zinc and copper of 52 cases of children with anorectic was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotomery .The result showed that the content of zinc in children with anorectic was lower than that in the control( P <0 01). But the content of hair copper was the same as that of the controls( P >0 05). It indicated the anorectic was correlated with lower hair zinc.
